1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and bananas), chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
