Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs: Divide the beef mixture into small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into meatballs. You should have approximately 12 meatballs.

Add Cheese to Meatballs: With each meatball, press a small indent in the center and place a small amount (about one teaspoon) of both cheddar and mozzarella cheese inside. Seal the meatball around the cheese and ensure it's fully enclosed.

Prepare the Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface. Pinch the seams together to create a solid sheet of dough. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares.

Wrap the Meatballs: Take a meatball and place it in the center of a square of dough. Pull the corners of the dough over the top of the meatball and pinch tightly to seal. Repeat with all meatballs.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley. Brush the mixture generously over each wrapped meatball.

Bake: Place the burger bombs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky delights warm!
