2 large sweet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a kick)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

    Prepare Sweet Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss the wedges until they are evenly coated.
