1 large head of cauliflower

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cauliflower:

    - Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem so it can stand upright. Slice the cauliflower into about 1-inch thick steaks, trying to keep them intact as much as possible. You should get about 2-3 good steaks from the center.

      Make the Parmesan Mixture:

        - In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

          Assemble the Steaks:

            - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
