4 ears of fresh corn, husked

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Grill the Corn: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the husked corn directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.

    Cut the Corn Kernels: Once the corn is cool enough to handle, stand the cobs upright in a large bowl and slice down the sides to remove the kernels. Discard the cobs.

      Mix the Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grilled corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion. Stir gently to mix.

        Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
