Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight for maximum flavor.

    Prepare the Whipped Feta: In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning with freshly cracked black pepper. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more olive oil or yogurt. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
