Grilled Shrimp Street Tacos

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lime

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1 ripe avocado, sliced

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

½ cup crema or sour cream

Lime wedges for serving

Optional: sliced jalapeños for spice

Marinate the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Allow the shrimp to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a grill, make sure it is clean. You can lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
