Grilled Zucchini Feta Wraps

2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch thick strips

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

4 large whole wheat or spinach wraps

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.

    Prepare the Zucchini: In a large bowl, toss the sliced zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder until well coated.

      Grill the Zucchini: Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and the zucchini is tender. Remove from the grill and set aside.

        Warm the Wraps: Lightly warm the wraps on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side, or in a skillet over low heat, to make them pliable.
