Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cooked ham, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or muffin liners

Instructions

Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or lining it with muffin liners.

Whisk the Eggs: In a large mixing bowl, crack the 6 large eggs and whisk them together until well beaten.

Add the Milk: Pour in 1/4 cup of milk to the eggs and continue whisking until fully combined.

Season the Mixture: Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Incorporate the Fillings: Gently fold in the chopped spinach, diced ham, and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture. Ensure all ingredients are evenly combined.

Pour into Muffin Tin: Carefully pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 full. This allows room for the muffins to rise while baking.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are puffed up and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the tin from the oven and let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edges to help them release if needed. Serve warm or allow to cool completely before storing for later.
