4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures the chicken will cook evenly and thoroughly as soon as it goes in.

    Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, basil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Prepare the Chicken Breasts: Carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being cautious not to cut all the way through. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and season the outside with salt and pepper.

        Stuff the Chicken: Generously stuff each chicken breast pocket with the spinach and feta mixture. Use toothpicks to secure the openings if needed.

          Sear the Chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
