Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables (drained)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth

1 cup uncooked macaroni

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (or turkey) with the chopped onion until the meat is fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, drained mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, uncooked macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Bake the Casserole: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked through and the top is slightly golden.

Add Cheese: In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole and return to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
