Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup celery, diced

1 cup carrots, diced

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Brown the Turkey: Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

Sauté Vegetables: Toss in the diced onion, garlic, celery, and carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables soften.

Add Broth and Herbs: Pour in the chicken broth and add the dried thyme and sage. Stir well to combine.

Mix in Stuffing: Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the turkey and vegetable mixture. Stir gently until the stuffing is evenly distributed and absorbed the broth, about 2-3 minutes.

Incorporate Green Beans: Fold in the green beans and cover the skillet. Let it simmer on low for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the green beans to cook and the flavors to meld.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your homestyle dish straight from the skillet!
