Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, divided

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Glaze: In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until well combined and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened, then remove from heat and set aside.

Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Cook the Salmon: In a large skillet, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted and bubbly, carefully add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Gently flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Glaze the Salmon: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Pour the honey glaze over the salmon fillets, allowing them to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting the salmon with the glaze frequently.

Serve: Once the salmon is cooked through and has a beautiful golden hue, remove it from the skillet and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle any remaining glaze from the skillet over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
