1 pound of baby carrots (or regular carrots, peeled and cut into sticks)

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh if available)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
