Ingredients

4 ears of fresh corn, husked

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder (optional for a kick)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Corn:

Start by husking the corn and removing all silk. Rinse the ears under cool water to make sure they're clean.

      Make the Honey-Lime Mixture:

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, olive oil, chili powder (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

          Preheat the Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F - 450°F).

              Marinate the Corn:

Place the husked corn in a large bowl or a zip-top bag. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the corn, ensuring each ear is generously coated. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

                  Grill the Corn:

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated corn directly on the grill grates. Grill the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, until the kernels are tender and have charred grill marks.

                      Finishing Touches:

Remove the corn from the grill and baste with any leftover honey-lime mixture if desired. Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the top.

                          Serve:

Serve the grilled corn hot, with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick!
