Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.

Roast the Sprouts: Spread the Brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Make the Sauce: While the sprouts are roasting, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Whisk together until smooth.

Toss with Sauce: Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the honey Sriracha sauce over the hot Brussels sprouts and toss until they are well coated.

Serve: Transfer the glazed Brussels sprouts to a serving platter. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for an added crunch and flavor.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a side dish or a delightful appetizer that perfectly balances sweet and spicy flavors!
