Irresistible Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Pizza Dough: On a clean surface, unroll the pizza dough and stretch it out a bit. Cut it into 12 equal squares (approximately 3 inches each).

      Assemble the Pizza Bombs: Take a square of dough and place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center. Add 3-4 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to encase it completely, and pinch to seal tightly. Repeat this with the remaining dough and filling.

        Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the dough bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

          Season the Bombs: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each dough bomb. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for added flavor.
