Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

4 strips bacon, chopped

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp mustard powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup pickles, chopped

Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Beef and Bacon:

        - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside on paper towels. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.

          - Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, until fragrant.

            Brown the Beef:

              - Add ground beef to the skillet with the onions and garlic. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease if necessary.

                Make the Alfredo Sauce:

                  - Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, and season with salt and pepper.

                    - Gradually mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.

                      Combine Pasta and Sauce:

                        - Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the Alfredo sauce. Stir in the cooked bacon and diced tomatoes.

                          Serve:

                            - Remove from heat and top with chopped pickles and additional cheese if desired. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives for a pop of color.

                              - Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta!
