2 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 large eggs

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a mini muffin tin by spraying it generously with cooking spray or lightly brushing it with olive oil.

    Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add in the elbow macaroni and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and heavy cream. Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt and become a smooth sauce. Stir continuously to prevent burning. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
