Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 egg (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Prep the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly using your hands or a rolling pin to create a larger circle.

Fill the Biscuits: Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching and sealing them closed to form a ball. Ensure there are no openings for the filling to escape.

Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of each biscuit bomb to give them a golden color when baking.

Bake: Arrange the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley for added flavor and color. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, BBQ goodness!
