2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on spice preference)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Optional: extra buffalo sauce for drizzling

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Buffalo Chicken Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well combined and set aside.

      Create the Biscuit Base: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit into a circle about ¼ inch thick.

        Shape the Rings: Using a small round cookie cutter or the bottom of a bottle, cut a smaller circle out of the center of each flattened biscuit to create a ring shape.
