Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce works best)

4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup dill pickle slices

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup ketchup

¼ cup mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Form the Patties: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a small mini patty, about 1-2 inches in diameter.

Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the mini patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through. During the last minute of cooking, place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

Assemble the Wraps: Take a lettuce leaf and stack a cooked mini cheeseburger patty on top. Add desired toppings by layering cherry tomato halves, dill pickle slices, and red onion. Drizzle a little ketchup and mustard over the top.

Repeat the Stacking: Continue stacking until you reach the desired height for each wrap. You can create a single layered stack or a tower with multiple patties depending on your appetite.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish each stack with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Serve immediately to enjoy while the patties are warm and the cheese is melted.
