Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands!)

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup diced pickles

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (for topping, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onions until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess grease if needed.

Add Flavor: Reduce heat and stir in the ketchup and mustard. Cook for another 2 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten each biscuit into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.

Stuff the Biscuits: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit disc. Top with a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese and a few diced pickles.

Seal the Biscuits: Fold the edges of the biscuit over to create a pouch, pinching them together to seal. You can also twist the tops for a fun design!

Egg Wash: Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the tops of the stuffed biscuits for a golden finish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

Bake: Arrange the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. You can serve them with additional ketchup and mustard on the side.
