Mini Chicken Caesar Crunch Cones

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup croutons, crushed

12 mini waffle cones

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish

Optional: extra Parmesan for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are no longer pink in the center and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the heat and let them cool for a few minutes.

    Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken has cooled, shred it using two forks or chop it into small cubes.

      Mix the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

        Add Cheese and Croutons: Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and crushed croutons. Adjust seasoning with freshly ground black pepper according to your taste.

          Fill the Cones: Carefully spoon the chicken Caesar mixture into each mini waffle cone, packing it gently but not too tightly. Allow some mixture to spill over the top for a delicious presentation.
