Prepare the Bread: Start by cutting each slice of brioche bread into quarters to create mini squares. This will be the perfect size for dipping!

    Make the Batter: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined. It's important to ensure that the mixture is smooth and homogenous.

      Heat the Waffle Iron: Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease the plates with butter to prevent sticking.

        Dip the Bread: Take each mini square of bread and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated. Allow any excess batter to drip off before placing the dipped bread into the waffle iron.
