1 package of mini crescent roll dough (8 oz)

8 slices of turkey bacon

4 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Turkey Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, pat dry with paper towels, and chop into small pieces.

      Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Scramble the eggs until just set, then remove from heat and stir in the chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

        Assemble the Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the egg and turkey bacon mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll them up tightly, starting from the wide end and tucking the ends in slightly.

          Bake: Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

            Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped chives if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
