Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Whipped cream and banana slices for topping

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and resemble wet sand.

Layer the crust: Take small serving cups (4-6 cups depending on size) and add about 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture to the bottom of each cup, pressing it down gently to create a crust layer. Set aside.

Make the banana layer: In a separate bowl, combine the sliced bananas with a splash of lemon juice (to prevent browning) and set aside.

Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, beating until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency.

Combine with pudding mix: Gently fold the instant vanilla pudding mix into the whipped cream mixture until well incorporated. This will add extra creaminess and stability to the filling.

Layer the filling: Spoon a layer of the cream mixture on top of the crust in each cup, then add a layer of banana slices. Repeat this process until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.

Chill the cups: Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the filling to set properly.

Serve and garnish: Once chilled, top each banana cream pie cup with whipped cream and an additional slice of banana. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious no-bake dessert!
