Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups whipped cream, divided (can use store-bought or homemade)

1 (3.4 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Pour in the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are well-coated and resemble wet sand.

Build the Base: In serving cups or small bowls, add about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture to the bottom of each cup. Press down lightly with a spoon to form a firm layer.

Make the Pudding Layer: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in the vanilla extract and 1 cup of whipped cream until well combined to create a creamy pudding mixture.

Layer the Pudding: Spoon a layer of the pudding mixture on top of the graham cracker crust, filling each cup about halfway.

Add the Bananas: Place a few banana slices on top of the pudding layer. You can either fan them out or arrange them in a layer for a beautiful presentation.

Final Layering: Top each cup with the remaining pudding mixture, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Whipped Cream Topping: Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup. Be creative with the presentation!

Garnish: Sprinkle chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips on top if desired, and you can also add a slice of banana for decoration.

Chill: Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to allow everything to set nicely before serving.
