Ingredients

1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup brown sugar, packed

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

¼ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until you achieve fine crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, you can also place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix using a spatula or your hands until all ingredients are well combined.

Add the Flour: Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, mixing thoroughly to ensure that it is evenly distributed and forms a cohesive dough. If the dough feels too dry, add a splash of milk, one tablespoon at a time.

Chocolate Chips: Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until they are evenly spread throughout the cookie dough.

Form the Balls: Using your hands, scoop about a tablespoon of the cookie dough mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the dough is used, placing the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the cookie dough balls to firm up.

Serve & Enjoy: Once chilled, your No-Bake Oreo Cookie Dough Balls are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
