Ingredients

For the crust:

24 Oreo cookies, crushed

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

6-8 mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (more for garnish)

1/4 cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

4 Oreo cookies, crushed (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well-coated.

      - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the back of a measuring cup to ensure it's even.

        - Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

            - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

              - Add the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, then mix until fully combined and smooth.

                - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

                  - Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter cream cheese mixture until no white streaks remain. Be gentle to retain the fluffiness.

                    Combine and Assemble:

                      - Fold in the chopped mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into the cheesecake filling, mixing gently.

                        - Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

                          - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set (overnight is best if time permits).

                            Add Toppings:

                              - Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.

                                - Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies and any extra chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

                                  Serve:

                                    - Slice the cheesecake into wedges and serve chilled. Enjoy the rich and creamy goodness of this decadent dessert!
