Ingredients

8 oz. of pasta (spirals or bowties)

2 cups of assorted colorful bell peppers (red, yellow, green, purple)

1 cup of broccoli florets

1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup of black olives, pitted and sliced

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

1 teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

Edible black and orange sprinkles (for decoration, optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the assorted bell peppers and broccoli florets, cooking for 4-5 minutes until they start to soften.

Combine Cream and Cheese: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream while stirring. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

Mix in the Pasta: Carefully add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it with the sauce and vegetables. Add dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors.

Add Tomatoes and Olives: Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives, cooking for another minute just to warm them through.

Serve: Divide the Halloween pasta delight onto plates, and if desired, sprinkle edible black and orange sprinkles on top for a festive touch.

Enjoy Your Creation: Dig in and enjoy this colorful, spooky, and delicious Halloween-themed pasta dish!
