1 ½ cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 ripe peach, diced (reserve a few slices for topping)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added texture and nutrition)

¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, diced peach, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
