1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup fresh peaches, peeled and diced (or canned peaches, drained)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)

Extra powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation of the Filling:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced peaches, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Blend well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

      Preheat Oven:

        - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

          Prepare the Crescent Rolls:

            - Open the can of crescent dough and carefully unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the dough into individual triangles.

              Assemble the Rolls:
