2 ripe peaches, diced

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Prepare the Fruit: Start by washing the peaches and strawberries thoroughly. Dice the peaches into small, bite-sized pieces and hull and chop the strawberries into similar-sized pieces.
