1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

1 red onion, sliced

4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or regular)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Lime wedges for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes (or you can skip this step for an even quicker meal).

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

      Sauté Vegetables: Add the sliced bell pepper and red onion to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

        Warm the Tortillas: While the chicken and vegetables cook, warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 15-30 seconds until pliable.
