Ingredients
  

  • 0.91 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4.0 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4.0 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.0 teaspoon paprika
  • 1.0 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • None to taste salt
  • None to taste pepper
  • None for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
  • None for serving lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until bubbling.
  • Sear the Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter: Lower the heat to medium. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, stirring until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden (be careful not to burn it).
  • Coat the Chicken: Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter over them. Cook for an additional minute, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
  • Garnish and Serve: Transfer the chicken to a serving plate, drizzle with any leftover garlic butter from the pan, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
