4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the stuffing: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

      Prepare the chicken: Lay each chicken breast flat on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket by slicing through the thickest part of each breast, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
