12 ounces spaghetti or your favorite pasta

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Roast the Tomatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and dried oregano.
