Prepare Herb Butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with parsley, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.
Form Turkey Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with half of the prepared herb butter (save the other half for spreading on the buns). Form the mixture into 10 equal-sized patties.
Cook the Patties: Heat a large skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Just before the patties are done, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and toast them in a separate skillet or under the broiler until golden brown.
Assemble the Sliders: Spread the remaining herb butter on the bottom halves of the toasted slider buns. Place each turkey patty with melted cheese on top, followed by a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce. Finish by adding a handful of fresh arugula or spinach before placing the tops of the buns on.
Serve: Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and enjoy them warm. Optionally, serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
Optionally serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side.
