Add the Shrimp: Increase the heat to high and add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp begins to turn pink.
Flip & Finish Cooking: Gently flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and opaque. Be careful not to overcook, as shrimp can become rubbery.
Add Lemon & Parsley: Remove the skillet from the heat, then stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, mixing everything well.
Serve Immediately: Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
