1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 large egg

For the Spicy Honey Garlic Sauce:

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tsp cornstarch (for thickening)

1 tbsp water

For the Bowl:

2 cups cooked jasmine rice (or quinoa for a healthier alternative)

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Meatballs:

    - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

      - Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

        Bake the Meatballs:

          - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

Make the Spicy Honey Garlic Sauce:

              - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and sriracha. Stir until well mixed.

                - In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together to create a slurry. Gradually add this to the sauce while stirring continuously. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.

                  Assemble the Bowl:

                    - In a serving bowl, layer the cooked jasmine rice (or quinoa) at the bottom.

                      - Top with steamed broccoli, sliced red bell pepper, and meatballs.

                        - Drizzle the spicy honey garlic sauce generously over the top.

                          Garnish:

                            - Finish the bowl with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added crunch and flavor.

                              Serve:

                                - Serve immediately while warm and enjoy the delightful mix of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors!
