Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium cucumber, julienned

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Sriracha, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated in the spicy sauce.

Lay out one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the spicy chicken mixture in the center, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, a few slices of avocado, julienned cucumber, and shredded carrots.

Sprinkle some fresh cilantro leaves over the top, if using.

Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up from the bottom to form a tight wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Slice each wrap in half at a diagonal for easy eating. Serve immediately, or you can wrap them in foil or parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
