1 lb baby carrots or 4 large carrots, sliced into sticks

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder (or 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for roasting the carrots.

    Prepare the Carrots: If using whole carrots, wash and peel them before cutting into sticks. If you’re using baby carrots, simply rinse them.

      Mix the Glaze: In a medium bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until everything is well mixed.

        Coat the Carrots: Place the carrots in a large mixing bowl. Pour the Sriracha honey glaze over the carrots and toss well to ensure they are evenly coated.

          Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the glazed carrots out in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

            Roast the Carrots: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
