2 cups crushed pretzels

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)

1 package (6 oz) strawberry gelatin

2 cups boiling water

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced (you can substitute with mixed berries if desired)

1 cup cold water

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pretzel Crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

                        - In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
