1/4 cup water (more if needed)

For the Chili Topping:

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional, for extra heat)

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or dairy-free)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sweet Potato Base:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      - Boil the diced sweet potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

        - In a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes until smooth. Add flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, and water. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
