Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup fresh mango, diced

1 cup shredded coconut, toasted

1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped (optional)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

    - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

      - Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk, mixing well until thoroughly combined.

        - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

          Combine Mixtures:

            - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

              Add Fruits:

                - Fold in the drained crushed pineapple, diced mango, and toasted coconut. If using, you can also fold in the chopped macadamia nuts for an added crunch.

                  Assemble the Pie:

                    - Pour the tropical filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top evenly.

                      Chill:

                        - Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to let the flavors meld and the pie set.

                          Serve:

                            - Once set, remove from the refrigerator. Garnish with additional toasted coconut, diced mango, and fresh mint leaves before slicing.

                              - Serve chilled and enjoy a taste of paradise with each slice!
