Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped

1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Extra pecans and caramel for topping (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment with cooking spray.

Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Flavors: Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.

Incorporate Pecans: Add the chopped toasted pecans into the white chocolate mixture, folding gently until they're evenly distributed.

Layer the Caramel: Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the fudge layer, then use a knife to swirl it slightly into the fudge. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and smooth it out. Finally, drizzle the rest of the caramel on top and lightly swirl it for a marbled effect.

Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours, or until it's firm and set.

Cut and Serve: Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into small squares. For extra flair, you can sprinkle some extra chopped pecans and a drizzle of caramel on top before serving.

Store: Keep any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
